RahulFX3D Studio agrees to deliver the creative services as outlined during the project briefing. Exact deliverables, formats, and timelines will be confirmed in writing before work commences. Any work outside the original scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval before proceeding.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final files. Final deliverables will not be released until full payment has cleared. Accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise.

Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included. Each round must be submitted as a consolidated list of changes. Additional revisions are charged at $50 USD per round. Changes that fundamentally alter the creative direction are treated as a new project.

Timelines depend on the client providing all assets, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays caused by late client feedback extend the delivery date accordingly. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available at a 30% surcharge.

Upon full payment, the client receives full commercial usage rights to the final delivered files. RahulFX3D Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise. Raw source files remain property of RahulFX3D Studio.

If the client cancels after work commences, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled after 50% or more of work is complete, 75% of the total fee is due. If Rahul cannot complete the project, a full refund for undelivered work will be issued.

Both parties agree to keep the terms of this agreement and any proprietary business information confidential. This obligation continues after completion or termination of the agreement.
